You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. NexLvel LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

You retain ownership of content you submit to our platforms. By submitting content, you grant NexLvel LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating our platforms.

You represent and warrant that all content you submit is accurate, does not violate any law, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for your content.

NexLvel LLC does not verify user-submitted content and is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of any listing, profile, or communication submitted by users.

BizSource.ai is a neutral marketplace. We are not a broker, advisor, lender, or party to any transaction. The following rules apply to all marketplace users:

NexLvel LLC is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or exchange that occurs between users on any of our platforms. All transactions are solely between the users involved.

NexLvel LLC does not guarantee the completion, accuracy, or legality of any transaction. You assume all risks associated with any transaction you enter into as a result of using our platforms.

For influencer campaigns (NexLvelInfluencer.com): All agreements regarding deliverables, compensation, usage rights, and timelines are between brands and creators only. NexLvel LLC facilitates introductions but is not a party to any campaign agreement.

Certain platform features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

NexLvel LLC does not charge transaction commissions on business sales, commercial real estate transactions, or influencer campaign payments. We earn revenue solely from platform subscription fees.

All payments across BizSource.ai, NexLvel.com, and NexLvelInfluencer.com are processed through a single NexLvel LLC payment gateway. One account, one subscription, across all three platforms. By providing payment information, you agree to our payment processor's terms of service.

Our platforms use artificial intelligence to provide buyer screening, creator matching, industry advisory, and other features. All AI-generated content, scores, matches, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.

AI features are not a substitute for professional advice, independent verification, or due diligence. NexLvel LLC makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.

By using AI features, you acknowledge that outputs may contain errors and agree to independently verify any information before relying on it for any decision.

All platform design, code, branding, logos, and proprietary content are the intellectual property of NexLvel LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without our express written permission.

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our platforms, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties or allow advertisers to target you through our platforms. NexLvel platforms are ad-free.

OUR PLATFORMS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEXLVEL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on our platforms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXLVEL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORMS OR ANY TRANSACTION ENTERED INTO AS A RESULT OF USING OUR PLATFORMS.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid to NexLvel LLC in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexLvel LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our platforms or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to any or all of our platforms at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our platforms ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.

For disputes involving amounts under $10,000, you agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration before initiating litigation.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or prominent notice on our platforms. Continued use of our platforms after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms were last updated in March 2026 and supersede all prior versions.
